Returns
- No returns are allowed on non-stocked or special ordered items.
- Defective tools will be replaced, no credit will be given.
- No returns valuing less than $25.00
- A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be provied prior to sending back any product
- Invoice copy from original sale must accompany RGA.
- No returns will be authorized after 30 days.
- A 5% restocking fee will apply to any product return.
- Shipping decrepancies must be brought to our attention immediatly. Any returns after 15 days may not be adjusted.
- Defective product to be returned for final inspection must be returned freight prepaid in the most economical way. Credit will be issued for products found to be defective upon our inspection based on pricing at the time of purchase including freight expense.
- Direct Pex reserves the right to refuse any returns.
