3/8" and 1/2" Manual PEX Crimp Tool

This Crimping tool affords easy access to places that can't be reached by larger tools.  By matching the crescents in the center of the tool, two different ring sizes can be crimped.  This tool can be used on 3/8" and 1/2" crimp rings.

This toll will make "full circle crimps" that are in compliance with applicable standards.

To Make Crimp

1. Slide Copper ring on tube.
2. Insert fitting in tubing.
3. Position ring over inserted fitting.
4. Center tool on ring.
5. Using a 1/2" socket or box end wrench tighten tool by turning bolts on one side then the other.
   
6. Tighten until both tool surfaces touch: Without Contact, Crimp is Not Complete!
7. Reverse procedure and remove tool.
8. When not in use, tool shoud be re-assembled to avoid loss of parts and damage to the threads on bolts.
